The Way We Work

We use a unique blend of methods from a wide range of reputable, published sources.  During our sessions we deploy a wide range of tools and techniques, both established and home grown.  Our three tiered approach of Mind, Body and Spirit ensures full integration of process. We do not use gimmicks or processes by rote: rather we quickly get to the knub of the problem and breakdown barriers.

Problems often manifest as one symptom but the underlying cause may be quite different.  We engage with clients at a deeper level and rapidly get to the root of issues.  Problems may be caused by fear, shame, low self-esteem or any number of complex latent issues.  We are able to unpick the intricate complexity of the human psyche and identify resolution actions.
